Taco Bake(serves 4-6) By: Lindsey

1 box Deluxe Mac and Cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup thick and chunky salsa

Preheat oven to 400. Prepare mac and cheese as directed on package. While mac and cheese is cooking, brown meat, drain. Add taco seasoning and water to meat; simmer 5 min. Stir sour cream into mac and cheese. Spoon half of mac and cheese mixture into 8 inch square or 9 inch round backing dish; top with layer of meat mixture, 1 cup of cheese and remaining mac and cheese mixture. Cover. Bake 15 minutes in oven. Then top with salsa and remaining shredded cheese. Bake uncovered for 5 additional minutes or until cheese is melted. Can also top with tortilla chips along with salsa and cheese.

I just made this last night. I actually continued doing layers until all my mixtures were gone. It definitely does not have to be perfect. I would also recommend serving it with rice and/or beans. ENJOY!

Buffalo Chicken Chili

Hey Friends!! This recipe is super easy and quite good. Beware that it is a little spicy. If you like wings or anything buffalo style then you will like this. Buffalo Chicken Chili Ingredients : 2 chicken breasts (cooked & shredded or raw & whole) I used 3 total. 1/2 bottle Frank's Buffalo Sauce 1 (15.5-oz) can beans (garbanzo, black, pinto, whatever!) I used garbanzo. 1 large sweet onion, chopped 2 (15-oz) can tomato sauce (oops! I think I only used 1 can) 1 can cream-style corn 1 cup salsa 2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped I used sliced jalapenos in a jar. Directions : Dump everything into the crockpot, and stir well. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. If your chicken was raw when you put it in, take it out after about 8 hours, shred it, and then stir it back into the chili. Enjoy!

Chocolate Sour Cream Bundt Cake

Thanks to my Mom, sister, and sister in law for continuing to post.        Ok, I was really wanting to bake a chocolate bundt cake bc I saw a recipe online of one and it made me crave one. I don't know why but I love baking bundt cakes. They are pretty and I don't have to do much of anything to make them that way. And usually they are yummy! But when I went back to find that recipe I couldn't. I, instead, found this one and it really is SO good! Probably my favorite chocolate cake I have ever made. And it is ...
