Jarinda's Salad

This is a recipe from one of my mom's BFF's. She and her husband are amazing cooks!!! This one is a WINNER, especially for having people over.

Ingredients:

Romaine
Bacon-fried
Black Beans
Yellow corn
Onion
Mexican four cheese, shredded
Pecans
Ken's Thousand Island Salad dressing

Cut Romaine. Fry Bacon. Saute black beans and yellow corn in bacon grease. Chop onion. Toast pecans. Toss with dressing.
