Crunchy Onion Chicken By: Lindsey

I just tried this recipe tonight and it was so good and so easy.

1 1/3 c. French Fried Onions
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
1 egg(beaten)

Crush fried onions in plastic bag. Dip chicken into beaten egg; then coat in onion crumbs. Bake for 20 min. at 400 until cooked through.

I made this with two pieces of chicken so I did everything by looking at it. I didn't use the exact amount. I also had corn casserole and steamed asparagus with it. Yum!
