Pineapple Cheese Casserole: by Kimberly

Okay, this doesn't sound delicious, but it is! And, it's super easy!

Ingredients:
2 cans chunk pineapple (1 drained, 1 undrained)
1 cup of sugar
1 stick butter
1 cup of plain flour
2 cups grated cheese

Instructions:
Place pineapple on bottom of dish, sprinkle cheese on top. Combine the sugar, butter and flour (it will be crumbly). Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.

I am wanting to try this but wondered what type of cheese do you use? I have never heard of this but want to try it!

I used to use sharp cheddar cheese. But it left it kind of grainy. Now, I use a thin shredded pizza blend and it works wonderfully! Hope you enjoy!
